John D. Duguid, Jr.

Chesaning, Michigan

Passed away Monday morning July 5, 2010. Age 79.

He was born June 2, 1931 in Detroit, but spent most of his life in Chesaning. His parents were John Duguid Sr. and Caroline (Weigold) Duguid.  He was a Veteran of the Korean War. He married the love of his life Joyce Ostrander on Nov. 30, 1952 in Chesaning. She survives him. His children are Sally (Phil) Walker, Susan (Curt) Barancik, Sharee (Tim) Bitterman, Steven (Sheryl) Duguid, Scott (Kelly Weiss) Duguid. 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. His sisters: Donna O'Rourke and Shirley (Junior) Carlton.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Wed from 4-9 pm and on Thursday morning at the funeral home from 8-12 noon. And at the church on Thursday from 1:00 pm.

Funeral Thursday July 8 at 2:00 pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Chesaning.
